Sliding head machines allow for two components to be produced simultaneously and have driven tooling, which enables a variety of processes to take place in the primary and sub-spindles at the same time. This means we can manufacture complex components in a single operation and allow for reduced cycle times and a more efficient method of manufacturing.
Multi-spindle and Rotary Transfer machines typically produce high volume turned parts. These machines can simultaneously machine on multiple stations/spindles, thus achieving shorter cycle times. The speed of these machines produces final finished products faster without sacrificing precision or high levels of complexity.
Escomatic CAM Machines, manufacturing smaller diameter components in high volume, take advantage of coil fed technology to eliminate material waste and reduce loading times. Escomatic CNC Machines share the high productivity advantages of the CAM machine. CNC technology also offers greater flexibility, stability, and precision.
CNC Fixed head machines suit smaller volume components from larger diameter Rod or Billet stock material. Typically offering more rigidity, stability, and power to remove larger amounts of material.
